By accessing or using WatchLens ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

WatchLens is a luxury watch identification and pricing platform. The Service uses artificial intelligence to analyze watch images and provide identification, estimated market values, and links to third-party marketplaces. WatchLens is an informational tool and does not authenticate watches, guarantee pricing accuracy, or facilitate transactions.

3. Account Terms

You must provide a valid email address to create an account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service
One person or entity may not maintain more than one account
You may delete your account at any time from within the app

4. Subscriptions and Billing

WatchLens offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store or Google Play, and are subject to their respective terms and refund policies.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device's app store settings
Pricing may change with reasonable notice; existing subscribers will be notified before any price increase takes effect
Free tier users are limited to 3 scans per month

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service to facilitate fraud, counterfeiting, or the sale of counterfeit goods
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
Use automated tools to access or scrape the Service
Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on intellectual property rights
Attempt to circumvent scan limits or subscription restrictions

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

Watch identifications are automated estimates and may contain errors
Market price estimates are informational only and do not constitute appraisals
WatchLens does not verify the authenticity of any watch
Third-party marketplace links are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for transactions conducted on external platforms

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WatchLens and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by WatchLens and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Watch images you upload remain your property.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
