Common Questions
How do scan credits work?
New accounts get two free scans for life, with no card and no automatic subscription. Paid scan allowances reset on the first of each calendar month at 00:00 UTC. Unused scans do not roll over. Saved reports and database search do not use scan credits. Failed requests that do not save a report are refunded automatically.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your dashboard at any time. You'll keep your plan features until the end of your billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay through our secure Stripe payment processing.
How accurate is the identification?
Results vary with the photo and watch. The confidence score describes Grailr’s proposed identification; it is not a measured accuracy rate or proof of authenticity. Verify the reference before relying on it.
What's the difference between Collector and Dealer plans?
Collector includes 40 scans per month, database search and price history where data is available. Dealer includes 120 scans per month, market signals and priority support. Available listings vary; no plan includes an authenticity certificate or a certified appraisal.
