Account & Login Issues

If you're having trouble signing in, try resetting your password from the login screen. If you signed up with Google, make sure you're using the same Google account.

To delete your account and all associated data, go to your Profile tab in the app and select "Delete Account". This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

Subscription & Billing

Grailr subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. To change, cancel, or restore your subscription:

  • iOS: Open Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Grailr.
  • Android: Open Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → Grailr.
  • In-app: Go to Profile → Manage Subscription, or tap "Restore Purchases" if switching devices.

Refund requests should be directed to Apple or Google, as they process all payments. We do not have access to your payment details.

Scan Issues

For the best scan results, photograph the watch in good lighting with the dial clearly visible. The AI works best with sharp, well-lit images showing the full watch face.

Free users receive 3 scans per month. Collector and Dealer plans include unlimited scans. If your scan limit has reset but the app still shows it as reached, try signing out and back in.
